The Urban Maze is a 12" x 12" magnetic wooden toy maze designed as a STEM toy. It offers a screen-free, hands-on way for kids to explore cause-and-effect play with a magnetic maze format.
Brand: St. Louis Wholesale LLC.
My 4-year-old figured out the cause-and-effect of tilting the board within the first ten minutes, and now she plays with it while I cook dinner. The 12x12 size is big enough that the metal balls don't get lost but small enough to stash on a shelf. Screen time has dropped a lot since this showed up.
The magnetic wand is surprisingly strong, so the little balls don't drop off halfway through the maze like they did on our cheaper one. It's 12x12, which fits perfectly on the car seat tray for road trips. My daughter has stopped asking for the tablet on the way to school.
The magnetic wand makes a satisfying click when it grabs a marble, and I've caught myself playing with it after the kids go to bed. The 12x12 size fits perfectly on our coffee table without taking over the whole living room.
