The Hape Realistic Toy Toaster is an interactive playset that includes a toaster with a temperature dial and lever, a honey bottle, a butter box, a play knife, a plate, and two slices of bread.
The little lever that pops the bread up is oddly satisfying, even for me. My daughter spends ages turning the temperature dial and serving us "breakfast" on the plate. The honey bottle and butter box are a nice touch too.
The little lever actually pops the toast up, which my daughter thinks is hilarious, and the temperature dial clicks as you turn it. The honey bottle and butter box are cute extras that keep her busy making "breakfast" for a solid half hour.
My 3-year-old figured out the temperature dial within minutes and now insists on "toasting" bread for everyone at breakfast. The little honey bottle and butter box are his favorite part, he lines them up on the plate every single time.
