The 3DuxDesign Rocket Ship Space Architecture Kit is a hands-on space-themed STEM and creative building activity for young explorers who love rockets, planets, astronauts, aliens, and imaginative design.
My 7-year-old spent two straight hours building rocket ships and alien planets with this kit, which never happens. The cardboard pieces are sturdy enough to survive being rebuilt a dozen times, and I love that it sneaks in some engineering thinking without feeling like homework.
The cardboard connectors snap together way more securely than I expected, so the rocket actually stayed upright while my kid kept adding fins. We've rebuilt it as a space station twice already. Best rainy afternoon activity we've bought in a while.
My six-year-old spent a solid hour building the rocket before he even noticed the little alien figures. The cardboard connectors hold up way better than I expected, and he keeps rebuilding it into new ships instead of tossing it aside like most kits.
